Production -Energy, water, dyes – Conservation of resources<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Modern dyeing plants and optimized dye recipes save dyes – exclusive use of environmentally friendly reactive dyes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Dyeing water is clarified and may be discharged into the public sewage system. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The yarn is dried in an energy-saving manner in special drying systems with heat recovery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Raw materials – Renewable ones have top priority<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Our high-quality viscose embroidery thread SULKY consists of 100% viscose and therefore exclusively from the renewable raw material wood.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The cotton yarn COTTY consists of 100% cotton – COTTY BIO from organic cotton, from GOTS-certified cultivation and dyeing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conversion to recycled PET for cones and miniking cones – first color batches have been converted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • We only obtain our STIFFY embroidery backings from suppliers who, like us, are committed to the topic of sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Production procurement – short transport routes save CO2<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • More than 80% of our products come from EU productions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Reusable packaging is used within production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Reusable sleeves and aluminum containers for storing semi-finished products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Cardboard and plastic packaging is mainly made from recycled raw materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • GLS (General Logistic Systems) is commissioned by us as the standard shipper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

            Toy Policy<\/h4>\n

            The Toys Directive covers the entire toy market. Metals and plastics play the main role here \u2013 not just textiles.<\/p>\n\n

            Dual system<\/h4>\n

            We meet all legal requirements from the packaging ordinance and offer our customers significant advantages.<\/p>\n\n

            Vegan products<\/h4>\n

            Vegan refers to products that do not contain any animal ingredients. Many of our products can be used for vegan textiles<\/p>\n\n

            REACH<\/h4>\n

            None of the substances banned by REACH or substances above certain limit values may be used or deployed.<\/p>\n\n

            Oeko-TEX standard<\/h4>\n

            We had our products certified according to the Oeko-Tex Standard as early as the 1990s. Most of our products bear the Oeko-Tex standard label.<\/p>\n\n

            GOTS<\/h4>\n

            Our products are not GOTS certified, but can still be used for embroidery and decorative stitching on textiles that are to be GOTS certified.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
