Flexible Temporary employee (m/f/d) on the basis of a mini-job for our shipping team
Your working time is divided into a fixed, regular and a flexible part.
The fixed regular working hours is 5 hours on a fixed working day per week from 11:00 am to approximately 4:30 pm.
The flexible part depends on the workload as well as vacation / sickness replacements within the shipping department.
Vacation replacements are usually announced in good time with a longer lead time.
The main focus of the activity is the preparation of invoices, shipping documents and, if necessary. Customs documents.
- Experience in the commercial field
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team and under pressure
