We live our responsibility and go the ecological way
Production -Energy, water, dyes – Conservation of resources
- Modern dyeing plants and optimized dye recipes save dyes – exclusive use of environmentally friendly reactive dyes.
- Dyeing water is clarified and may be discharged into the public sewage system.
- The yarn is dried in an energy-saving manner in special drying systems with heat recovery.
Raw materials – Renewable ones have top priority
- Our high-quality viscose embroidery thread SULKY consists of 100% viscose and therefore exclusively from the renewable raw material wood.
- The cotton yarn COTTY consists of 100% cotton – COTTY BIO from organic cotton, from GOTS-certified cultivation and dyeing.
- Conversion to recycled PET for cones and miniking cones – first color batches have been converted.
- We only obtain our STIFFY embroidery backings from suppliers who, like us, are committed to the topic of sustainability.
Production procurement – short transport routes save CO2
- More than 80% of our products come from EU productions.

- Reusable packaging is used within production.
- Reusable sleeves and aluminum containers for storing semi-finished products.
- Cardboard and plastic packaging is mainly made from recycled raw materials.

- GLS (General Logistic Systems) is commissioned by us as the standard shipper.
- CO2 emissions are offset by an externally certified forest protection and reforestation project (VCS/CCB standard).

Toy Guidelines
The Toy Directive covers the entire toy market. Metals and plastics play the main role – not only textiles.
Dual system
We fulfill all legal requirements from the Packaging Ordinance and offer significant advantages for our customers.
Vegan products
Vegan designated Products that do not contain animal ingredients. Many of our Products can be used for vegan textiles
REACH
None of the substances banned by REACH or above certain limits substances, may find use and application.
Oeko-TEX Standard
As early as the 1990s, we had our products certified according to Oeko-Tex Certify standard. Most of our products carry the Oeko-Tex Standard Label.
GOTS
Our products are not GOTS certified, but can still be used for embroidery and decorative seams are used on textiles that are certified GOTS should.
