Products for embroidery at Texprocess in Hall 8, Booth G33
At this year’s Techtextil & Texprocess 2024, which will take place from April 23-26, 2024 in Frankfurt, the renowned company GUNOLD from Stockstadt is focusing on a modern booth design to reflect a more industrial style . In Hall 8, Booth G33, trade visitors will find plenty of inspiration for embroidery and an impressive variety of embroidery-related products. “We want to inspire trade visitors in Frankfurt once again with our products, our high product quality and our comprehensive service. We will once more be showing many new, creative embroidery ideas and we will present the products to create them,” says Marketing Director Stephan Gunold.
On a total area of 45 square meters, GUNOLD will present its latest innovations as well as the comprehensive product range of threads, nonwovens, foils, effect fabrics and auxiliaries. As always, there will be the popular invitation to cut test samples of the nonwovens, foils and fabrics from the rolls to test them later on your own embroidery machine.
Over 80% of GUNOLD’s comprehensive product range for the embroidery industry is produced within the EU. The short delivery routes save CO2 and therefore guarantee reliable and fast availability. The high-quality threads are available in polyester and viscose, as natural cotton threads- also in organic quality, woolly, heavy threads and as glittering metallic threads, pure or in blends.
The Texprocess Trade Fair Highlights
The sustainable cotton thread COTTY BIO in ten classic colors : The cotton is grown, twisted and dyed according to GOTS certification. The final winding and application of a lubricant comply with the requirements of GOTS. Ten classic colors in Nm 50/2; dtex 200*2 are now available on 500 m Miniking cones.
KK Film, ideal for attaching appliqués without ironing. The innovative, double-sided adhesive film is made of 100% polyacrylate, it is transparent and comes on rolls of 25 m, in 100 cm and 50 cm widths. Special additional benefit: To further increase the adhesive strength and effect, KK Film can also be heat-activated with an ironing press or iron.
FILMOPLAST STRONG , with 95 g/m² ideal for fixing heavy fabrics and in border frames. It is available on rolls in white and in various widths. The stronger version of the FILMOPLAST self-adhesive stabilizer offers significantly more support when embroidering and is specially designed for fixing heavy fabrics.
Every embroidery machine needs to be oiled regularly. . The fine nozzle of the OIL PEN applies the machine oil to the right places. With OIL REFILL , GUNOLD now offers a refill bottle for the OIL PEN . This and many other GUNOLD products are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
